• All the above rates are on per room, per night & inclusive of buffet breakfast.
• All the above rates are quoted in Indian Rupee (INR) & subject to % tax, any future changes in taxes / levies and surcharges will be extra as applicable.
• Check in time is 1300 hours and check out time is 1100 hours.
• Early check in and checkout requests will be subject to availability.
• Late check outs between 1400 hrs and 1700 hrs will be charged at 50% of the contracted rates. Beyond 1700 hrs full night rate will be applicable.
• While every effort is made to have rooms ready for arrival, occasionally waiting for rooms may be required especially for morning arrivals.
• In case of single lady or only ladies guest, visitors are not allowed to the room as per hotel policy. For other rooms visitors are allowed with prior permission till 18:00hrs at the discretion of the management. 
• The above corporate rates will not be valid on City Events, Medical Conferences or any city sold out events
• In case if there are any changes made in the tax structure by the government, the changed taxes structure will be applicable. GST is applicable from 1st July’ 2017.
