The Concept
A curated international delegation of approximately 20-30 participants from India, Europe and the United States, bringing together academia, industry, entrepreneurs, government, investors and ecosystem builders. The Roundtable will operate as an extended workshop alongside AIMLSystems, combining participation in the main conference with dedicated working sessions and engagement with the Lecco ecosystem.
We are not trying to fill three days with another conference. We want to combine the best of AIMLSystems, the Lecco ecosystem and a carefully curated international delegation to discover what is worth creating together.

Workshop I Detail: Opening provocation on Integrated Intelligence, followed by a fireside conversation and working roundtables.
Core questions: What truly matters? What is possible? What creates regenerative value? Central discussion: What becomes more valuable not less valuable as AI capability increases?

Workshop II Detail (Put the Ecosystem in the Room): Bring together perspectives across Academia, Industry, Entrepreneurs, Government and Investors / Enablers, including voices from Lecco, Mysuru and the international delegation. Explore: What does Lecco already possess that can enable a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in the AI era? What can different regional ecosystems learn from one another and what must remain deeply local?
Working proposition: Globally connected technology + AI infrastructure. Locally differentiated entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Lecco Living Lab: A curated opportunity to engage directly with selected local companies, entrepreneurs, researchers and/or innovation initiatives. Objective: See Lecco rather than only talk about Lecco.

Workshop III Detail: Working groups explore challenges at three levels - Individual, Organization and Ecosystem using the questions: What truly matters? What is possible? What creates regenerative value?
Final convergence: Identify a small number of initiatives, experiments or collaborations that genuinely deserve to continue after Lecco.
Desired outcome: 2-4 credible continuation opportunities.
Integration with AIMLSystems / Lecco
CEEDS will manage the Roundtable program and international delegation. All members of the international delegation will have full AIMLSystems conference registration. To make this a success, we value collaboration in the following areas:
